Forms for solicitors and advocates to claim back legal aid costs for confiscation proceedings. Forms on this page are only for representation orders dated between 17 September 2020 and 29 September 2022 and where the main hearing was after 31 October 2022.

Other POCA forms

Solicitors

Solicitors claiming for representation orders dated between 1 January 2016 and 16 September 2020 and where the main hearing was on or after 23 December 2022 must use forms PL1a or PL2a.

For all other representation order dates use the PL1 or PL2.

Advocates

Advocates claiming for representation orders dated between 31 December 2018 and 16 September 2020 and where the main hearing was on or after 23 December 2022 must use form PA1a.

For all other representation order dates use the PA1.
