If you’re an organisation that supplies packaging to consumers and businesses in the UK, you may have to take action to comply with extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging.
Find out if you’re affected by EPR for packaging
You may need to submit information about your organisation, including things like:
- address
- turnover
- packaging activities
- contact details
The deadline for submitting some organisation details to the regulator was 1 October 2023.
You’ll have to submit an update to these details between 1 January 2024 and 1 April 2024.
You should make your best effort to meet these deadlines but no enforcement action will be taken about late submission if your data is submitted by 31 May 2024.
