You should use this pro forma if you’re the authorised operator in Great Britain responsible for the goods and for deciding to move goods to Northern Ireland.

Attach a NIPHL pro forma to the CHED-PP on TRACES NT for each consignment before moving them to Northern Ireland using a NIPHL.
