Message 3: taxi/PHV first time

If you are applying for a taxi/ PHV driver or PHV operator licence for the first time, your licensing body will ask you to read HMRC guidance on what you need to do to be properly registered for tax in the future. Message 6: renewals (scrap metal)

Message 7: register for tax (generic)

From April 2022, HMRC are introducing a new tax check to level the playing field and help ensure that licence holders in the taxi, PHV and scrap metal industries are properly registered for tax.
