We received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
‘Tell me about the availability of any of:
Sony Playstation - 2 Microsoft X-Box - Nintendo Game Boy/DS - Nintendo GameCube
for the use of inmates at 19 different establishments (mainly Young Offenders Institutions), excluding the private property of individual inmates. ‘
