Home Office expenditure on running the Migration Advisory Committee from 2011 to 2014 and reports costs

The Migration Advisory Committee’s (MAC) work programme is determined by government on an annual basis. The budget allocation for the Committee and Secretariat are assigned for the delivery of the work programme as a whole rather than on a report basis. The total cost of each report would include members’ fees, secretariat salaries, travel and subsistence, etc. As it is not possible to seperate these out from the total running costs of the MAC we have included these figures in table 1 below.
