This register is updated on a quarterly basis with all decisions reached by the CMA in satisfying requests to run the Test, as described in Schedule 4 to the Groceries Market Investigation (Controlled Land) Order 2010 and as outlined in the Groceries Market Investigation (Controlled Land) Procedures Guidance (‘CLO Procedures Guidance’).

This register contains the details of decisions reached on applications received after 27 November 2020, following the CMA’s update to its CLO Procedures Guidance.
