The strategy shows how we intend to use technology and changes to ways of working to enable the delivery of Defra group’s outcomes in future. 

It covers how we will:

  • design services
  • use data
  • attract and grow digital skills
  • change how we work

Implementing the strategy will make Defra group more service orientated. We will deliver our outcomes more efficiently and become easier to do business with.
