Decision
On an adverse finding pursuant to Section 26(1)(h), material change, in that the operator has been lending its licence authority to limited company drivers the licence is revoked.
Separately, and additionally, on an adverse finding pursuant to Section 27(1), financial standing, the licence is revoked.
To allow arrangements to be made and commitments honoured, revocation will take effect at 23:45 hours, 31 December 2023.
I make no adverse finding in relation to the good repute of Mr Brdek nor Quick Road Transport Ltd.
