Use this form if you are a lender and want to transfer a mortgage or a portfolio of mortgages.

  1. A side note to panel 5 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

  2. We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

  3. We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.

  4. We have added side notes to panels 2 and 10 to clarify that the transfer must be dated. That date being the day of completion.
