This is the first Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) report against the BIT, in line with the obligations set out in the Enterprise Act 2016 and the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015. The BIT concerns the economic impact of regulation on businesses.
The documents above set out the CMA’s qualifying regulatory provisions and associated BIT scores (tables 1 and 2) and its non-qualifying regulatory provisions (table 3) for 8 May 2015 to 8 June 2017.
