Mr Braviner Roman will leave his role at the Government Legal Department in January 2022.

Mr Braviner Roman sought the Committee’s advice about taking up an appointment with the Financial Conduct Authority. The letter containing the Committee’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in November 2021 and the appointment was announced in December 2021.
