1. This Provider Memo advises of amendments to the Access to Work (AtW) provider guidance for the holistic assessments (HA) contract. The amendments align KPI1 of the provider guidance to that of the contract.
2. Please ensure, with immediate effect, that the revised information in Access to Work (AtW) provider guidance for the holistic assessments (HA) should be read in full and used by you and all of your supply chain partners. For your convenience, a table indicating the whereabouts and nature of the changes is included below. Please treat this table as signposting – you should read the guidance in full before raising any query.
Amendments to provider guidance
Access to Work provider guidance has been amended as follows.
