Note

  • you may use this form to accompany the payment of the application fee for an application already filed at the Office
  • if you have not yet filed a patent application you can pay the application fee when filing the application by indicating this on the form 1 ‘Request for grant of patent’
  • you may also pay the application fee when requesting the search of the application by indicating this on the form 9A ‘Request for search’
  • you should only use this form when paying the application fee when not filing either of these patents forms
