HS2 Ltd has made changes to the High Speed Rail (London to West Midlands) Bill in relation to linking HS1 and the proposed HS2 line.

The Amendments for the removal of the HS1 to HS2 link are amendments to the HS2 Bill providing for the removal of the HS1 to HS2 link. These amendments are a reduction in the powers in the HS2 Hybrid Bill and do not form part of Additional Provision 3 (September 2015).
