An ex-employee complained to the MHRA about the promotional practices of Mylan regarding EpiPen Adrenaline Auto Injector including updating materials when the SPC changed, complaint reporting, recertification, contracts with healthcare professionals and patient organisations and communications.
MHRA did not uphold the complaint. Mylan provided assurances on each of the points raised by the complainant.
