Reviews of all powers of entry
Reviews have been carried out by all government departments into powers of entry to consider if they are still needed.
Under section 42 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 each government minister reviewed their department’s powers of entry, and relevant associated powers, and considered if they were still needed.
Reports from all departments will be collected here as they become available.
