  • The 2021/22 Annual Report and Accounts (ARA) highlights the performance of the business over the 15 month accounting period, containing key highlights and analysis, alongside detailed Corporate Governance disclosures.

  • The ARA includes key clauses from the Framework Document between HMT and RFL, and highlights the wider ecosystem of Dormant Assets, in particular demonstrating the journey of a Dormant Asset from the point at which it is legally dormant and is voluntarily paid to RFL from banks and building societies, through to how it can be reclaimed, and how any agreed surplus is passed onto good causes.

  • The document references scheme expansion including the involvement of the industry champions alongside other stakeholders including regulators, Government and the Dormant Asset Expansion Board, and also showcases some of the good causes that benefit from the Scheme.
