Details

This statutory guidance sets out the principles of the ‘adults at risk in immigration detention’ policy. It provides a framework for assessing whether immigration detention is appropriate for people considered vulnerable under the policy.

The equality impact assessment sets out the changes made to the ‘adults at risk in immigration detention’ policy in the 2024 update.
