What if I can't submit all of these documents?

You don't have to submit optional documents, but it may improve your chances of a successful application if you do.

  • I am aware of the provisions of The Zoo Licensing Act 1981. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
  • I/we understand the information provided on this form will be held by Cornwall Council; the information given may be retained on computer or in records.
