All documents are required, unless stated otherwise. Photos of documents are acceptable, as long as all the relevant information is clear. We'll only share these documents with the licensing authority.

What if I can't submit all of these documents?

You don't have to submit optional documents, but it may improve your chances of a successful application if you do.

What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

Public Liability Insurance
Enclose a copy of your current certificate of insurance.

Site Plan
Please provide a dimensioned plan showing the exact location and position of the unit you wish to use on the highway

Passport Photograph
Please provide a passport size or larger portrait photograph of the person who will be operating the stall

By completing these forms applicants are agreeing to comply with all Conditions relating to any permission given, for the full period the permit is valid. Applicants are also declaring that they have and will maintain in force Public Liability Insurance to covers all risks associated with trading on the highway
