Before you apply...
There's a £257.02 fee.
You'll need a debit or credit card.
You'll need to provide copies of the following:
- Pictures of unit
- Location plan or map
- Proof of national insurance number
- Proof of home address
- Public liability insurance
- Passport style photograph of each individual
- Basic DBS report for each person
- Landowner permission (where on private land) (optional)
- Copy of full DVLA driving licence(s) (mandatory as per notes) (optional)
- Current MOT certificate (mandatory as notes) (optional)
- Current motor vehicle insurance certificate (mandatory as per notes) (optional)
- Motor vehicle logbook (mandatory as per notes) (optional)
- Proof of food business registration (mandatory for food sale) (optional)
What if I don't have electronic copies?
Photos or scans of documents are acceptable, providing the relevant information is clear.
If you're unable to provide electronic versions of these documents then you cannot make an online application and you should do so by post.
