Landowner consent
A copy of the landowners written consent to trade at the specified location when proposing to trade from private land.

Two passport photos
Two passport sized photographs, one endorsed, of the applicant and any proposed assistants set out in the application form.

3 Colour A4 Photographs of the Van/Cart/Stall etc
Photos clearly showing the nature of the Van/ Cart/ Stall etc. and showing the front side and rear views.

Location Plan/List of Streets for Proposed Trading
Plan in scale 1:1250 showing all residential and commercial premises in a one hundred metre radius of proposed site or a list of streets if mobile.

I am aware of the provisions of The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 concerning street trading. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I declare that I do not have any unspent convictions. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for the grant or renewal of a street trading Consent.
I hereby apply for the grant of a Street Trading Consent and understand if my application is successful I will be required to produce evidence of appropriate public and product liability insurance to cover a minimum value of £5,000,000. I certify that the above information is correct to the best of my knowledge.
