All documents are required, unless stated otherwise. Photos of documents are acceptable, as long as all the relevant information is clear. We'll only share these documents with the licensing authority.

Map 0.25 radius of trading location.
A map showing the exact trading location, showing all streets, public areas, schools and nurseries. Map to be ordnance survey or similar.

A colour photograph of the trading unit

Copy of written permission from the land owner.
Documentary evidence to show that permission has been granted by the land owner if trading on private land.

Copy of Full UK driving licence
Applicable to mobile trading units only

Copy of Food Hygiene Certificate
Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Foundation level 2 or equivalent. Applicable to food traders only).

Details of trading times and days

Dimensions Trading Unit
Dimensions of the trading unit and attachments, (awnings and canopies).

Description of goods/articles being sold
Describe the goods or articles you wish to sell, including hot and cold food and beverages.

Date when the change or changes are applicable
Provide details of when you wish the change or changes to your street trading consent to be applicable from.

Details of food busines registration
For food and drink sales provide details of the Local Authority where you are registered and include food business registration number.

Registration number of any vehicles used
Provide registration details of any vehicles used in association with the business.

Copy of lease/rental agreement
Applicable to trading on private land where the owner of the land charges a fee for the trading pitch.

A copy of planning permissions
Evidence of the appropriate planning permission to trade in specified location. Not applicable to traders trading on the highway.

Reason for change in street trading consent
Detail the reason why you are requesting a change/variation in your existing street trading consent if not already specified.
