Before you apply...
There's a £452.00 fee.
You'll need a debit or credit card.
You'll need to provide copies of the following:
- ID Part A: Evidence obtained to verify name
- ID Part B: Evidence obtained to verify address
- Digital Passport Style Photograph
- Valid Public Liability Insurance Document(s) (Cover of at Least £5 million)
- Certificate of Compliance under the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (If applicable) (optional)
- Letter of Consent / Permission (optional)
- Letter of Consent Planning Approval (If applicable) (optional)
What if I don't have electronic copies?
Photos or scans of documents are acceptable, providing the relevant information is clear.
If you're unable to provide electronic versions of these documents then you cannot make an online application and you should do so by post.
