If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've completed your application.

I hereby declare the above information to be correct to my knowledge and undertake to adhere to Scarborough Borough Council’s Street Collection Regulations and House attached to this application. I hereby agree that Scarborough Borough Council may make enquiries of the Police concerning my application and I understand that disclosure will be in accordance with Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1976. I understand that I may be liable for prosecution if I have knowingly or recklessly made a false statement or omitted any material particular to this application I hereby agree to complete and return the Statement of Income and Expenditure to Scarborough Borough Council within one month after the collection.
