You must be able to provide the following when applying for a Skip Operators Licence: A copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of a minimum £5,000,000 in respect of any one incident to cover liability against all third party risks A copy of your Waste Carriers Licence issued under the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 A copy of your Goods Vehicle Operators Licence Form OL1
