What if I can't submit all of these documents?

You don't have to submit optional documents, but it may improve your chances of a successful application if you do.

What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

Waste Carriers Licence (optional)
Enclose a copy of your licence to carry waste issued by the Environment Agency (first time applications only)

By completing these forms applicants are agreeing to comply with all Conditions relating to any permission given, for the full period the permit is valid. Applicants are also declaring that they have relevant public liability insurance and that they hold a valid Waste Carriers Licence issued by the Environment Agency
