Plans of the proposed school
This should include a description of each building including purposes of each room and dimensions along with the number of toilets/wash hand basins.

School Curriculum
A document setting out what the proposed curriculum will cover and how it will be delivered.

Statement of Aims

School Prospectus

Fire Risk Assessment
A document relevant to the premises setting out what considerations have been made in respect of the prevention of fire.

Heath and Safety Policy and Procedures
A document relevant to the proposed school premises setting out the policy and procedures for the health and safety of the pupils and staff.

Child Protection Policy and Procedure
This document should include the procedure for recruiting of staff including obtaining criminal record checks and the taking up of references.

Admissions Policy
A document setting out the criteria for pupils to be admitted to the school.

Declaration

The application must be signed and in doing so confirmation is being given that criminal record certificates under Part V of the Police Act 1997 appropriate to the positions have been obtained and are in accordance with the proposed schools Child Protection Policy and Procedures in respect of the proprietor of the school, proposed teachers and all other persons involved in a child care position in the school.
