For applicants who aren't part of a Limited Liability Partnership you will need to demonstrate your entitlement to work in the UK. Please refer to section 19 of 21 for more guidance in the application form

I / we understand it is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. I / we understand where an annual premises licence fee is still outstanding that the existing licence will not be transferred until any oustanding debts owed to Cambridge City Council are brought up to date in the first instance.
