I am aware of the provisions of The Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
Under the Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925 a licence is required for every person who wishes to use animals to perform within Waltham Forest. Following the inspection of the premise the Council will submit their observations regarding the health and safety and hygiene suitability of the premise in relation to the proposed business to be carried out. The completion and return of an application form for a with the appropriate fee and documents will be followed by an inspection of the premises and animals to be used for the business by a Verterinarion appointed by the Council and/or an Officer from the Council before a licence is granted.
