What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

Declaration

  • You must comply with all the conditions of the licence and your attention is particularly drawn to the conditions relating to correctly guarding the materials. It is an offence under Section 171 of the Highways Act 1980 to place building materials on the public highway without a licence. If you do not get a licence or follow the licence rules you will be prosecuted.
