Traffic Management Plan
A 1:1250 or 1:500 scale plan of the proposed site showing: a) precise location and length of restriction, including road names; b) precise location and length of diversion route, including road names; c) signing schedule giving detail and position of temporary traffic signs.

Proposed access management for vulnerable road users
Proposed access management for vulnerable road users e.g. pedestrians, cyclists, equestrian. If access cannot be maintained ensure reasons are outlined on the document.

Declaration

The plans submitted have been prepared by a competent traffic management engineer.
I understand that Cheshire East Council will use the data I provide for the sole purpose of processing the application. The information I provide needs to be included in the statutory street works register which is required to be made available to the public. My personal details will be retained for a maximum of 6 years and will not be passed to any other parties or used for any other purpose.
The permit reference number has been included in the works reference number field (on page 3 of the form).
