Declaration

  • I am aware of the provisions of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
  • Please note that the licensing authority does not at present require a digital signature to be added to on-line applications but if you do complete and submit your application by electronic on-line application form, the licensing authority will post out to you/your agent a hard copy of your completed application form and require you to append your signature.
  • The hard copy form will be sent to you/your agent at the address given by you/your agent on the application form. This requirement will not delay the processing of your licence application which will continue pending receipt of the signed form. However if a decision is taken to grant the licence, the licence documents will not be issued to you unless/until the signed form has been received by the licensing authority.

By continuing, you're giving the Cabinet Office permission to pass the information you're supplying to the relevant authority.
