What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've completed your application.

  • I am aware of the provisions of The Hypnotism Act 1952. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

The data will also be shared with the police as consultee for consent.
