What if I can't submit all of these documents?

You don't have to submit optional documents, but it may improve your chances of a successful application if you do.

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've completed your application.

  • I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief that the information supplied is a true account of the expenses and the value and application of the proceeds of the collection to which it relates, and that non of the property to which it relates has been disposed of otherwise than by sale, unless found useless and destroyed or otherwise disposed of as rubbish.
  • I certify that I have obtained all the information and explanations required by me as auditor and that the information supplied is in my opinion a true account of the monetary reciepts and expenses and application of the monetary receipts of the collection to which it relates.
