What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've completed your application.

A copy of any agreement or particulars of any contract with any Registered Charity, organisation or individual benefitting from this collection.

Current published accounts
A copy of the current published accounts for any Registered Charity and/or any Registered Company undertaking or involved with this collection.

Copies of literature
Copies of any literature about organisations or individuals who will benefit.

I am aware that should a Licence be granted to me the collection must take place in strict compliance with the house-to-house collection regulations. I hereby authorise the Council to make such checks as they consider necessary to verify the information given above and give my consent to such checks being made with the Police, other Authorities or the Charity Commission for this purpose. I certify that all material facts herein are true.
