Fire Alarm Certificate
Scanned copy of current original certificate showing that the fire alarm have been inspected by a competent person (within the last year)

Property Plan

Electrical Certificate
Scanned current original certificates showing that the electrical installation has been inspected by a competent person (as stated in certificate)

Gas Certificate
Scanned copy of current original certificate showing gas installation/appliances have been inspected by competent person in year prior to application

Electrical Appliances
Scanned copy of current original certificates showing that electrical appliances have been inspected by a competent person (within the last year)

Other Relevant Certificates (optional)
Copy of any planning consents, building regulation certificates, etc.

Emergency Lighting (optional)
Scanned copy of the current original certificates showing that emergency lighting has been inspected by a competent person (within the last year)
