- Fit and proper person assessment
- Property plan
- Evidence of address of proposed licence holder (optional)
- Planning consents (optional)
- Building Regulations completion certificate (optional)
- Current fire alarm test certificate (optional)
- Current emergency lighting test certificate (optional)
- Service contract for fire alarm and safety systems (optional)
- Current landlords gas safety certificate (optional)
- Electrical test certificate (optional)
- Portable appliance test (PAT) certificate (optional)
What if I don't have electronic copies?
Photos or scans of documents are acceptable, providing the relevant information is clear.
If you're unable to provide electronic versions of these documents then you cannot make an online application and you should do so by post.
