Before you apply...
You'll need to provide copies of the following:
- Scale plan of the proposed establishment showing the location of rooms and other areas to be used for the storage and processing of raw materials, product and waste, and the layout of facilities and equipment (optional)
- Food safety management system based on HACCP principles (optional)
- Establishment and equipment maintenance arrangements (optional)
- Establishment, equipment, and transport cleaning arrangements (optional)
- Water supply quality testing arrangements (optional)
- Arrangements for product testing (optional)
- Pest control arrangements (optional)
- Waste collection and disposal arrangements (optional)
- Monitoring arrangements for staff health (optional)
- Staff hygiene training arrangements (optional)
- Arrangements for record keeping (optional)
- Arrangements for applying the identification mark to product packaging or wrapping (optional)
What if I don't have electronic copies?
Photos or scans of documents are acceptable, providing the relevant information is clear.
