Site Map Installation A suitable map showing the location of the installation clearly defining the extent of the installation in red.
Site Plan Layout A suitable plan showing the layout of activities on the site, including bulk storage, waste storage, external emission points to atmosphere.
Proposed Installation Activities Identify the foreseeable emissions to air from each stage of the process (including emissions from startup, shut down & breakdown)
Proposed Technology to Reduce Emissions Provide details of proposed technology and/or other techniques for preventing or where it is not practical reducing emissions into the air.
Emissions Monitoring Describe proposed measures for monitoring all identified emissions including any environmental monitoring e.g. particulate emissions, odour etc.
Environmental Management Techniques Provide detailed procedures & policies of your proposed environmental management techniques in relation to installation activities described.
Impact on the Environment Provide an assessment of the potential significant local environmental effects of the foreseeable emissions.
Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs) provide an assessment of whether the installation is likely to have a significant effect on such sites.
Environmental Statements Has an environmental impact assessment been carried out under the town and country planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regs 1999/293
Site Drainage Plan A suitable plan showing the site drainage system and all discharge points to drainage or water courses.
Installation Waste Streams Characterise & Quantify each waste stream from installation, describe the proposed measures for waste prevention & reduction
List I or List II Substances List I or List II substances and if any are identified, explain how the requirements of the groundwater regulations 1998 have been addressed.
Energy Consumption & Generation Provide a breakdown of the proposed energy consumption & generation by source and end-use, including energy efficiency.
Noise & Vibration Identify main sources of environmental noise & vibration, nearest noise sensitive locations & proposed technology/techniques for control of noise
Pollution Prevention Describe the proposed measures to be taken to avoid any pollution risk to land and return to site of installation to satisfactory state.
Site Report Provide a site report which demonstrates the condition of the land on site of the installation. Existing/Potential contamination must be identified.
Impact on the environment Provide an assessment of the potential significant local environmental effects of the foreseeable emissions.
Provide likely effect on (SSSIs) Provide an assessment of whether the installation is likely to have a significant effect on sites of Special scientific interest (SSSIs)
Non-technical summary Please provide a non-technical summary of the environmental impact, to enable the public to understand your installation and its environmental impact
Planning Status If the installation has a waste mangement activity we cannot issue a permit unless: see section B7.1 of the application form
Unintentional Release System (optional) Provide details of your unintentional release system including providing a risk based assessment of any likely unintentional releases.
Raw & Auxiliary Materials (optional) Identify the raw & Auxiliary materials, other substances & water that you propose to use in carrying on the activities listed.
Additional information (optional) Please supply any additional information which you would like us to take account of on considering this application.
