What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

The Council will attempt to process any application within the specified time, but will not be bound exclusively by that time. Any failure to address requests for information from the Council to the applicant may significantly increase the processing times. If an applicant proceeds without a licence they will be liable to legal proceedings
