What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

Declaration

  • I am aware of the provisions of The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985. The details contained in the application form and any attached documentation are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. For the grant, renewal or transfer of an Entertainment Licence, I shall not later than seven days after the date of the application, give public notice of the application by publishing an advertisement in two designated papers, either the Tyrone Constitution and Ulster Herald or Fermanagh Herald and Impartial Reporter.
