You'll need a debit or credit card.

You'll need to provide copies of the following:

  • Plans You must supply plans which comply with the Regulations. Failure to do so will mean your application is invalid. You can find details of the requirements in our guidance document.
  • Rules of the Club.
  • Qualifying Status Declaration, certifiying the club qualifies under the legislation. You can do this online and there a link here: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-a-licence/club-licensing/chorley/apply-2
  • Proof of Right to Work in the United Kingdom. If you're applying as an individual or individuals, you will need to provide proof that you are entitled to work in the United Kingdom. There is no need to send original documents to us; clear, legible photographs or scans are acceptable. (optional)
What if I don't have electronic copies?

Photos or scans of documents are acceptable, providing the relevant information is clear.
