Stamped bank pay-in slip
Certified copy of the stamped bank pay-in slip specifying amount paid in.

Letter from the charity stating amount donated
Letter from benefiting charity confirming the amount of donation.

I have examined the accounts of the collection(s) and have obtained all the information and explanations which I considered necessary.
In my opinion the organiser and his agents have complied with the requirements of regulations 4 and 10 of the Public Charitable Collections (Scotland) Regulations 1984
In my opinion the accounts fairly present the recorded expenses and proceeds of the collection(s) and the payment of the net proceeds of the collection(s) to the named beneficiaries.
