All documents are required, unless stated otherwise. Photos of documents are acceptable, as long as all the relevant information is clear. We'll only share these documents with the licensing authority.

What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

Layout Plans
Two copies of a Layout Plan of the site to a scale of not less than 1/500. Showing the boundaries of the site, the positions of caravan standings and/or tent pitches, roads and foot paths. The plan will also include the site facilities stated in section 6 and must distinguish between existing and proposed facilities.

Evidence of interest in land
A solicitors letter or alternatively, suitable proof of ownership or leasehold.
