You'll need a debit or credit card.
You'll need to provide copies of the following:
- A plan of the premises which clearly identifies the room or rooms in which the proceedings will take place if approval is granted, together with the boundary of the land of which the built premises form part for which the linked outdoor areas may also be used for proceedings and identifying the room to be used by the Registrar prior to the ceremony
- Planning Consent– confirming the premises has appropriate planning consent for public use, including marriages and civil partnerships
- A list of names and addresses of all directors of the company
What if I don't have electronic copies?
Photos or scans of documents are acceptable, providing the relevant information is clear.
If you can't provide electronic versions you can still apply online, but you'll need to send in copies by post. We'll give you the address and reference number once you've completed the application.
