What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

I declare that- (a) I have read and understood the information contained in the form (b) the building is not a religious premise (c) the premise will be regularly available for either the solemnization of marriages or registration of civil partnerhsips (d) I will comply with national and local conditions attached to that grant of approval (e) no planning permission is required for the use of the venue for marriages and civil partnerships
