What if I can't submit the documents digitally?

If you can't submit the documents digitally you can send copies by post instead. We'll give you the address and reference number to quote once you've paid the licence fee.

Public Liability Insurance Certificate
Enclose a copy of your current certificate of insurance minimum cover of £5,000,000 is required.

Site Plan
Please provide a plan with dimensions showing the existing footway width plus the exact location and size of the display.

Planning Approval
You must provide a copy of your valid planning approval notice

By completing these forms applicants are agreeing to comply with all Conditions relating to any permission given, for the full period the licence is valid. Applicants are also declaring that they have checked with their insurance providers who have confirmed that your public liability insurance covers risks from items displayed on the highway.
