Details

Fill in the application form to apply for a Woodland Tree Health (WTH) grant. You’ll also need to fill in the Woodland Tree Health annex and send this to us with your application form.

Request a copy of the annex by emailing ruralpayments@defra.gov.uk. Use the email address you’ve registered on Rural Payments. Add ‘Send CS WTH annex’ as the subject of the email.

You can also call the Rural Payments Agency on 03000 200 301 to ask for a copy.

If you do not have management control over all or part of the land included in the application for the full length of the potential agreement, you’ll also need to complete a land ownership and control form.

Submit all 3 documents to ruralpayments@defra.gov.uk.
